The Barre Fish & Game Club, established in 1919 by forward-looking area outdoorsmen, aims to promote and protect hunting, shooting, fishing, and wildlife conservation practices. Affiliated with the Vermont Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs and the National Rifle Association, it supports various related organizations and is managed by a Board of 50 trustees. The club invites members of the public to join and participate in its activities and governance.
No alcohol, no armor-piercing ammo, no exploding targets, semi-automatics in short bursts only, paper targets in front of berms, no 50 caliber BMG, minors supervised, range permit displayed, gate locked upon entry and exit.
