The Arlington-Fairfax Chapter Inc. of the Izaak Walton League of America is an establishment dedicated to the conservation, restoration, and promotion of sustainable use and enjoyment of natural resources, including soil, air, woods, waters, and wildlife. Founded in 1922 in Chicago, Illinois by a group of sportsmen aiming to protect fishing opportunities, the organization has grown to support a wide range of conservation and recreational activities.
All members are required to display their range badge when accessing/using all chapter ranges. The chapter operates with a catch & release fishing policy and follows all DWR regulations. A 10 MPH speed limit is enforced on chapter property to ensure the safety of members, guests, and wildlife.
