The Delaware County Sportsmen's Association, established from a meeting of twenty-seven sportsmen in 1915 and incorporated in 1921, has a rich history of supporting local sportsmen and conservation efforts. Initially formed as the Delaware County Game Fish and Forestry Association, it aimed to replenish local wildlife and provide a community for sportsmen. By 1923, the association purchased a farm to serve as a meeting place and for game and fish propagation, reflecting its commitment to outdoor sports and conservation.
All participants of ATA registered shoots must be ATA members. Practice traps are open Wednesday afternoons and at most scheduled events.
