The Public Safety Training Center (PSTC), completed in 1998, is a state-of-the-art indoor firing range located in Clackamas County near the Clackamas Town Center. It was established in memory of James T. Brouillette with the vision of developing a regional firearms training facility for law enforcement agencies and shooting sports enthusiasts. The center offers a variety of services including gun ranges, classes, clinics, concealed handgun licenses, fingerprinting, passport photos, room rentals, and gun rentals and ammo.
Safety tutorial and test required on first visit, must use center's ammunition, personal targets subject to approval, specific calibers only allowed on Rifle Night.
