Windy Hill Arms Academy, located in Paris, Ohio, is a pistol training facility founded by Richard Kocher, who has been involved in shooting various guns almost all his life. With over 5 years of instructing experience, Richard, alongside his wife Karen and daughter Kimberly, offers a range of courses aimed mostly at beginners to help them become confident firearm handlers. The academy emphasizes personal instruction and has a truck shop, classroom, and range all in one location.
Outdoor range, dress accordingly. Shoot rain or shine. Bring lunch, drinks, snacks. Leave guns and ammo in vehicle until instructed to retrieve them.
