Bladesmith Outdoor Leadership Training, founded by Retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Smith, Ph.D., is a 501(c)(3) non-profit private foundation based in Chapel Hill and Pittsboro, Chatham County, North Carolina. It focuses on leadership, citizenship, and character development through firearms safety, competitive shooting, and outdoor skills. The foundation leverages the expertise of veteran military, law enforcement, first responders, and seasoned community and business leaders to mentor and develop youth.
