The Michigan City Rifle Club, established in 1935, is one of the oldest privately owned and operated shooting ranges in the State, originally starting in an open field. The club moved to its current 14-acre facility in 1950, offering organized and self shooting experiences, social activities, a 24x7 indoor range, and a dawn until dusk up to 200-yard outdoor range.
No hunting allowed on Club property. Violators will be prosecuted. Both ranges are open for shooting. The June 19, 2025, Board of Directors meeting is cancelled.
