Kingsbury Fish & Wildlife Area, once the Kingsbury Ordnance Plant producing munitions for WWII and the Korean War, was deeded to Indiana in 1965 for wildlife management. It spans 7,400 acres, offering hunting, fishing, wildlife watching, and a shooting range. Its operations are funded by hunting, fishing, and trapping license sales, and federal programs.
