The World Shooting and Recreational Complex, located in southern Illinois, is a premier 1,600-acre facility designed for shooting sports and built for recreation. Since its opening in 2006, it has offered a wide range of shooting disciplines across 120 trap houses, two sporting clays courses, 24 combination trap and skeet fields, and cowboy action shooting areas. It also features over 1,000 camping sites, fishing opportunities, a full-service restaurant, and event spaces for both public and private gatherings. The complex is home to the Amateur Trapshooting Association's Grand American Trapshooting Championships, attracting thousands of competitors and spectators globally.
All shoot disciplines are by event only, and the complex is closed on Illinois state holidays. Fishing is available daily from sunrise to sunset.
