Tac Shack, a Veteran and family-owned business, opened its first location in Monmouth, IL, on August 5th, 2013, as a small family gun store. Expanding its services, it opened its first pro shop and indoor shooting range in Monmouth on November 27th, 2015. Following its success, Tac Shack opened a second location in Peoria, IL, on November 4th, 2017, continuing to offer exceptional guest experiences and a range of services including a pro shop and indoor shooting ranges.
Handgun shooters under 21 and long gun shooters under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Firearms must be safe, unloaded, and pointed in a safe direction until ready to fire. Drugs, alcohol, food, and beverages are prohibited. Unsafe conditions must be reported. Use correct ammunition. No inexperienced shooters without prior instruction. Pregnant women, steel, armor piercing, tracer, military surplus, and unjacketed ammunition are prohibited. Follow Range Officer commands.
