Crockett Ridge Clays, opened in 2016 by Dave Swanson, is located just outside of Ackley, Iowa. It serves as a destination for shooting sports enthusiasts, offering events, leagues, education, and target practice. Initially established to host sporting clay events, it has since expanded to include firearms classes, multiple sporting clay events, and pistol and rifle ranges. The facility features a clubhouse with a full kitchen, a large property for clay courses, and an indoor, heated, and lit 5-stand range with indoor rifle stands for year-round shooting.
