Quaker Hill Rod and Gun Club, located in Quaker Hill, CT, has been active since 1949. It is a private club that offers a variety of shooting ranges and activities, including indoor and outdoor pistol ranges, a rifle range, practical pistol range, archery, skeet, and trap ranges. The club also hosts a Junior Rifle Program, hunting activities, and a Ladies Group. Its purpose is to promote programs for the improvement and development of hunting, fishing, wildlife conditions, and shooting sports in eastern Connecticut.
Jacketed ammunition is not allowed on the indoor pistol range (lead bullets ONLY). Armor piercing rounds shall not be used when shooting the gongs at the rifle range.
