The Guilford Sportsmen's Association, formed on October 11, 1946, is a private club located on approximately 300 acres of land surrounded by Cockaponsett State Forest and Regional Water Authority property in Guilford and Madison. Operating as a 501(c)7 not-for-profit organization, it offers a range of activities including sporting clays, skeet shooting, and programs for juniors in archery, shooting, fishing, conservation, and ecology.
Membership is limited and requires approval by the Board of Directors and general membership. Applications must be presented to the membership chairman.
