The Logan County Shooting Sports Complex (LCSSC) is a collaborative effort involving Logan County, the City of Sterling, State Land Board, Department of Corrections/Sterling Correctional Facility, and Colorado Department of Parks & Wildlife. It transformed over 300 acres of sandhills and pasture land into a facility for shooting enthusiasts of multiple disciplines, thanks to countless volunteer hours from a small core group. The range also serves as a training ground for law enforcement occasionally.
No shotguns or rifle rounds on the pistol range. All range rules must be followed. Complex members will pay for targets, non-members must pay the daily fee as well as for targets.
