The County of Monterey's Laguna Seca Rifle and Pistol Range is located within the Laguna Seca Recreation Area, adjacent to the WeatherTech Raceway at Laguna Seca, on the former Fort Ord property. This public range offers paper and steel targets for handguns, rifles, and shotguns, operating on a first-come, first-served basis without reservations.
All shooters and spectators must sign a liability waiver. Those under 18 need a guardian's signature. Children under 6 are not allowed. Ages 6+ can fire rifles, and 14+ can fire handguns, under supervision.
