The Ben Avery Shooting Facility, established in 1957 and originally known as the Black Canyon Shooting Range, is one of the largest publicly operated shooting facilities in the United States. Located on 1,650 acres in north Phoenix, Arizona, it serves over 120,000 shooters annually. The facility has received a Five Star rating from the National Association of Shooting Ranges, marking it as a premier destination for recreational shooting.
Firearms must be cased; eye and ear protection required; no food in the Main Range; resealable drinks allowed; picnic tables available outside firing line.
