AIM-COMM, in partnership with the Fairbanks Fish & Game Indoor Shooting Range, provides firearms training and operates an indoor shooting range. It was formed to organize user groups to support the range and its mission. The range, owned by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, is located in Fairbanks, Alaska. Paul and Dody Maki have been notable volunteers, contributing over 20 years to the organization and its activities, including leading pistol leagues and matches.
Firearms must be unloaded and cased upon entry. Eye and ear protection required. No firearm rentals. Minimum age of 10 for live-fire range use. Prohibits tracer, incendiary rounds, centerfire rifles, .17-caliber, .22 Magnum, and ammo over 2,000 FPS.
